It was a joy to work on these stained glass windows for the 1st United Methodist Church in Ada, Ohio. Their beautiful 117 year old church burned to the ground in 2012.

We attended the church for eight years and I learned to do stained glass in Ohio because I want some decorative glass for our home there. It was a blessing to reconnect with old friends, some of them traveled to NC to help with the windows.  The 12 foot wide Rose window called “His Presence, Peace and Promise” was installed Jan 12, 2015 and the Gothic window called the “Creation and Redemption” window was installed March 23, 2015.

I will be relaxing now by getting into my garden and quilting!
